International Integrated Educational Services Co. k.s.c.c. (IIES) was founded in 2004 as a Kuwait Closed Shareholding Company. From our headquarters in Kuwait City, we implement our strategic vision and objectives of being an innovative leader in the region for a range education services and training activities.

IIES’s core business activity is establishing, operating and maintaining Box Hill College Kuwait (BHCK). BHCK intends to be a unique and dynamic addition to Kuwait’s system of higher education Dedicated to the educational needs of women. Operating as an extended campus of Box Hill Institute, BHCK will provide comprehensive education services, including university parallel programs in business, liberal arts and sciences, career-oriented programs as well as developmental and remedial studies. Courses and programs of study are designed to assist students in meeting their educational and life goals. As well as meeting the needs of the community.

Box Hill Institute (BHI) is Australia’s leading Technical and Further Education (TAFE) provider of a broad range of vocational education and training services. The Institute has five main campuses located within easy reach of Melbourne's central business district. Box Hill Institute offers over 400 full-time and part-time courses covering a wide range of subject disciplines and delivery methods, as well as around 300 short courses. All courses provide students with a variety of pathways to employment, promotion and further tertiary study. The Institute has more than 37,000 student enrolments each year with an increasing number coming from overseas.

Representing and supporting our strategic objectives is the IIES Board of Directors and shareholders comprised of business leaders from leading institutions in Kuwait. They provide not only the sound financial foundation for IIES but the visionary leadership that will contribute to the success of IIES endeavors and being an organization that meets the needs of the community it serves.
